We want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. While we strive to make sure every order is correct, mistakes do happen. If you receive an order that is incorrect, we'll work with you to make it right.
We make every order just for you. Because each item is customized for you, we cannot accept returns, as we cannot re-sell any items.
If something is incorrect with your order, we offer two options: refund or replacement.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, or you receive an item with the incorrect customization, we will issue a refund or replace the item for you. Simply contact us at info@bescoawards.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item, and we'll help work out a solution.
However, if we ship you the correct item with the correct customization, and it just doesn't fit the way you hoped, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please check the size charts carefully before placing your order!
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please do so within 4 hours by calling (preferred!) or emailing us. We know how important it is to get your order quickly, so we place our orders with the suppliers right away.
We work with our shipping carriers to provide you with the most up-to-date delivery estimates, but unfortunately, once we pass the package off to the delivery service, we have no control over delays or other delivery issues.
